Research Focus
Control of agricultural pests through augmentative parasitoid release. I am currently studying the efficacy of a biological control program enacted by the CDFA to combat the glassy-winged sharpshooter. My interests include determining which parasitoids in the system provide the highest level on control and which combinations of parasitoids achieve a high level of control. I will also be evaluating the potential of a newly discovered parasitoid to reduce sharpshooter populations.
